Change analytics and remembering choices
Last updated September 2026
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device to remember information about your visit. NetShow uses cookies and similar technologies (such as localStorage) to make the platform work, keep you signed in, and understand how the product is used so we can improve it.
Cookies we use
Essential
Required for the site to work: they keep you signed in, protect forms against cross-site request forgery, and remember a privacy choice you made. They are always on.
netshow_dev_session— your session: sign-in and account state; ends when the session doesXSRF-TOKEN— protects forms against cross-site request forgerynetshow_privacy_optout— remembers that you chose "Do not personalize me" on our privacy notice; kept for one yearnetshow_analytics_optout— remembers that you turned Analytics off in your cookie choices; kept for one year
Your light or dark theme is remembered in your browser's localStorage, not in a cookie.
Personalization
Lets our AI agent recognise you when you come back to the same site, so it can pick up where you left off.
netshow_visitor_id— a random visitor id; kept for 12 months. We do not set it when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, or after you choose "Do not personalize me".
Analytics
Counts which pages are visited so we can fix friction and ship the right features, with Google signals and ad personalization turned off. It is not used to identify you for advertising.
_gaand_ga_*— Google Analytics 4, set only when it is switched on for our own pages
Marketing & advertising
We currently do not run third-party advertising on the platform. If that changes, we will update this policy and request your consent before placing advertising cookies.
Third-party services
Some features rely on third-party providers (for example, Stripe for payments, Twilio for voice and SMS, and our model providers for AI inference). These providers may set their own cookies on pages where their tools are loaded. Their cookie practices are governed by their own policies.
Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the platform — including sign-in — will stop working.
Your cookie choices
Essential cookies are always on. Choose the optional ones for this browser; your choice is kept for one year. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, both stay off.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our product or the law changes. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page.
